The Villas is all about flexibility. Choose an academic year lease, or an extended 10 month lease. Move in with friends and lease individually by the bed or take the whole apartment. Your all-inclusive payments include:

2 bedroom units have a maximum of 5 residents.
1 bedroom units have a maximum of 3 residents.
Additional One-Time Costs
- Application & Processing Fee: $50
- Villas Student Organization: $100
- Security Deposit: Double = $810. Triple: $630.
- Off-Street Assigned Parking is available for an additional charge
- **Security deposit is refundable, less a $100 cleaning fee
- A 2% discount is available if the full contract amount is received on or before September 1, 2020

10-Month Joint & Several Lease: September 1, 2020 - July 1, 2021

- Villas Student Organization: $100 per person
- Security Deposit: 2 bedroom = $3,360.00. 1 bedroom = $1,890.00.

Parking 2020-2021
Parking is not included in your contract, as many students choose to use alternative forms of transportation. The parking prices listed below are one time costs for the year, and are assigned spaces. All spots are assigned based on a first come, first served basis.
